Job summary

Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. is seeking a Territory Service Manager (full-time) to enhance workshop performance and dealer collaboration.

The candidate will lead initiatives to grow business, monitor workshop data trends, and implement service strategies across the territory. The role requires a Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electronics & Electrical, with 2–7 years (B Tech) or 9.9–13.5 years (Diploma) of relevant domain experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech with specialization in Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics & Electrical.
• Experience in territory and dealer management concepts is preferred.
• Understanding of financial statements, profitability and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through workshop parameter improvements and load growth.
• Assist dealerships in reducing inefficiencies and increasing service/sales ratio.
• Analyze workshop data and monitor trends for customer retention and new strategies.
• Handle technical campaigns, recalls and escalate product feedback to Head Office.
• Improve customer experience by implementing SAS in workshops and solutions for process gaps.

1.Business Growth Aspects

• Supporting workshops in improvements of business parameters like Periodic Maintenance, Load growth etc.
• Assisting dealerships in reducing inefficiencies like TAT and increasing service/sales ratio.
• Analysis of workshop data and trend monitoring for customer retention and implementing new service strategies in the territory.

2.Technical Aspects

• Handling critical customer complaints and technical issues of the territory
• Managing technical campaigns and recalls
• Escalation of product feedback at Head office
• Improving customer experience by implementation of SAS in workshops
• Assisting dealerships in reducing system and process related inefficiencies

Qualifications

Diploma/B.E/ B.Tech with specialization in (Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics& Electrical)

Work Experience

B. Tech 2 to 7 years
