Responsibilities

• Support workshops in improving business parameters (Periodic Maintenance, Load growth).
• Assist dealerships in reducing inefficiencies (TAT) and increasing service/sales ratio.
• Analyze workshop data and monitor trends for customer retention and new service strategies in the territory.
• Handle critical customer complaints and technical issues in the territory.
• Manage technical campaigns and recalls; escalate product feedback to Head Office.
• Improve customer experience by implementing SAS in workshops; reduce system/process inefficiencies at dealerships
