Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. invites applications for a sales-focused role in Greater Noida, India. The candidate will manage a network of dealerships, drive volumes, and oversee channel development with the sales team.

You will coordinate with dealers on promotions, launches, and incentive schemes, ensuring market coverage and healthy dealer finances while building qualified manpower at the point of sale.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Sales.
• B.Tech/BE in Agriculture (Preferred) or Mechanical/Auto Mobile
• Diploma in Agriculture, Mechanical or Auto Mobile with experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a set of dealerships and dealer teams to achieve business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, spares part sales.
• Inquiry generation and management (CDMS).
• New dealership development along with Channel team.
• Ensure viable distribution network by appointing dealers, sub-dealers for market coverage.
• Implement specific incentive schemes for dealers.
• Participate in development and/or execution of field activities.
• Ensure trained manpower at dealerships for pre-sales and sales processes, including new product features/modifications.
• Execute company strategy at dealership with local level sales promotions and product launches.
• Scrutinize the financial health of dealers.
• Liaison with banks for retail financing opportunities.
• Track competitor activities and capture feedback on performance of both competitors and our products.
