Aditya Birla Capital Ltd. in Ahmedabad seeks an experienced Channel & Partner Management professional to lead partner recruitment, onboarding, and engagement. The role focuses on driving life insurance sales through partner offices and advisors, while building a high-performing partner ecosystem.

You will mentor agents, plan local campaigns, and ensure timely MIS and performance updates to leadership. Ideal candidates possess MBA, a strong sales background in life insurance, and leadership

Qualifications

• Graduate with MBA preferred
• Experience in life insurance sales/channel is a plus
• Agency/APC background preferred

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Partner Offices / Agents under the Partner Office model
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive long-term business
• Ensure partner activation and continuous engagement
• Drive life insurance sales through partner offices and advisors
• Achieve monthly/quarterly premium and policy targets
• Plan and execute local sales campaigns, meetings, and joint calls
• Train and mentor agents on products, sales processes, and compliance
• Support partners in recruiting quality advisors
• Improve agent productivity and retention
• Track partner and agent performance metrics
• Submit regular MIS, forecasts, and business updates to management
