Firon Consulting Bangalore seeks a dynamic Territory Recruiter to grow Insurance Advisors/Agency Partners in the Gurugram region of Haryana. You will recruit, onboard, and develop partners, while coaching them on products, sales processes and customer handling to build a productive partner network.

You will conduct field visits, track performance and identify market opportunities to drive sustainable business growth, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, onboard and develop insurance advisors/agency partners in the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to drive business growth.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and recruitment targets.
• Train, coach and motivate agency partners on products, sales processes and customer handling.
• Generate new business through the agency partner network and improve advisor productivity.
• Conduct regular meetings, field visits and performance reviews with agency partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase business from the assigned territory.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines and sales processes.
• Track individual advisor performance and create action plans to improve productivity.
• Maintain strong customer and partner relationships to ensure retention and sustainable business growth.
