Job summary

AgroStar in Saharanpur is seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive revenue from agri-input categories, including seeds, crop protection, nutrition, and farm implements, within the designated territory.

You will analyze market trends, collaborate with marketing, supervise Sales Managers and Expansion Managers, and onboard Saathi partners. Travel 60–80% is expected with limited overnight stays. You will also monitor performance and prepare regular reports to drive improvements and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of sales experience in agriculture.
• Experience managing a sales team.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% with limited overnight stays.
• Complete knowledge of the local areas of the district.
