• Train Saathi partners on product placement and monitor performance with reports.
• Collate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

ROLE

• Drive revenue and growth by achieving sales targets for Agri‑Inputs business across categories such as Seeds, Crop Protection, Crop Nutrition, and Farm Implements in the defined territory.
• Analyze market trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in the territory.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful marketing campaigns and drive demand.
• Supervise Sales Managers and Expansion Managers to drive revenue and onboard Saathi partners.
• Regularly monitor progress, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement for the team.
• Work with and train Saathi partners on product placement of AgroStar products in their outlets.
• Establish short‑and long‑term goals for the territory and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Responsible for collections from Saathi partners.
• Collate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4+ years of sales experience in the agriculture industry.
• Proven experience managing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Clear, effective decision‑making with an emphasis on a data‑driven approach.
• Complete knowledge of the local areas of the district.
• Willingness to travel 60%–80% of the time with limited overnight stays.
