• Responsible for collections from Saathi partners.
• Collate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time.

• Analyze market trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in the territory.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful marketing campaigns and drive demand.
• Supervise Sales Managers and Expansion Managers to drive revenue and onboard Saathi partners.
• Regularly monitor progress, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with and train Saathi partners on product placement of AgroStar products in their outlets.
• Establish short‑and long‑term goals for the territory and develop strategies to achieve them.
