Growth For Impact in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive growth in Agri-Inputs across seeds, crop protection, nutrition, and farm implements. You will lead Sales Managers and Expansion Managers, train Saathi partners, and ensure strong revenue growth in the defined territory.

You will monitor performance, analyze data, and report regularly while traveling 60%–80% with limited overnight stays. A grassroots, intrapreneurial mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in agriculture is required.
• Proven experience managing a sales team.

ROLE

• – Drive revenue and growth by achieving sales targets for Agri‑Inputs business across categories such as Seeds, Crop Protection, Crop Nutrition, and Farm Implements in the defined territory.
• – Analyze market trends and conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in the territory.
• – Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful marketing campaigns and drive demand.
• – Supervise Sales Managers and Expansion Managers to drive revenue and onboard Saathi partners.
• – Regularly monitor progress, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• – Work with and train Saathi partners on product placement of AgroStar products in their outlets.
• – Establish short‑and long‑term goals for the territory and develop strategies to achieve them.
• – Responsible for collections from Saathi partners.
• – Collate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time.

REQUIREMENTS

• – Minimum 4+ years of sales experience in the agriculture industry.
• – Proven experience managing a sales team.
• – Ability to multitask and make clear, data‑driven decisions.
• – Complete knowledge of the local areas of the district.
