You will coordinate with credit and operations, ensure policy compliance, build customer relationships, and maintain MIS reports for management.

• Manage and lead the DST sales team to achieve monthly Personal Loan sourcing and disbursement targets.
• Drive business growth through direct customer acquisition and lead generation.
• Monitor individual team members performance, productivity, and target achievement.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor DST sales executives.
• Develop strategies to increase market penetration and improve team productivity.
• Ensure quality sourcing in line with the bank’s or NBFC’s credit policies and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Track daily sales activities, maintain MIS reports, and provide regular performance updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and sales processes.
