• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for loan sourcing, login, and disbursement.
• Identify and acquire new customers, including self-employed individuals, traders, and small business owners.
• Develop business through field visits, customer references, and local market mapping.
• Monitor team productivity, sales performance, lead conversion, and daily business activities.
• Ensure quality sourcing by evaluating customer profiles, business vintage, income, banking, and credit eligibility.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, risk, and other internal teams for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct regular team reviews, provide on-the-job training, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
