Responsibilities

• Recruitment and training of DSTs and onboarding dealerships or stores.
• Source and manage business through DSTs and Dealerships.
• Acquire new customers and ensure consistent loan disbursement volumes.
• Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
• Stay updated on retail asset products, operations, and market trends.
• Identify evolving market dynamics and develop channel strategies for customer acquisition.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recommend improvements to sales processes and policies for efficiency.
• Work with Collection team to reduce net credit loss and delinquency rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support automation and digital initiatives.
• Support strategic sales and service initiatives to meet growth targets.

About the Role

Territory Manager-Consumer Durable Loan Open Market is responsible for sourcing loans through Direct Sales Teams (DSTs), and existing Dealerships or Stores, while building and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio. This role involves managing a team, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring effective communication across various channels. The role holder must ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines, balancing business growth with risk management to support the broader objectives of the bank.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Recruitment and training of DSTs and onboarding dealerships or stores.
• Source and manage business through DSTs and Dealerships

• Maintain a high-quality loan portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and rejections.
