Wego Consultants is seeking a Territory Head for a leading private sector insurer in India. You will drive business and hit targets across the Bancassurance channel, nurturing and supervising relationships with channel partners to ensure smooth business flow.

You will manage a team of Sales Managers, with manpower of 5-6 Cluster Managers and 50-75 FLS depending on regional spread. Exceptional track record in Bancassurance within Life Insurance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bancassurance sales in Life Insurance.
• Proven ability to drive business and achieve targets.
• Strong leadership and regional team management.

India's leading private sector insurance company requires Territory Head for their Bancassurance Channel . Drive business and achieve targets through allocated region/area. Nurture and maintain the relationship with the channel partner for the incremental development of the business contributing by the relation and help/supervise them for the smooth function of the business process flow. Manage a team of Sales Managers to maintain the proper process of doing valuedbusiness for the organisation. Manpower (Nos.) 5-6 Cluster managers depending on the regional spread could range from 50 to 75 FLS ( 1 Cluster Manager * 10)
