Job summary

Wego Consultants is seeking a Territory Head for its Bancassurance channel in India. The role focuses on driving business, achieving targets, and nurturing channel partner relationships to enable incremental growth across the region.

You will manage a team of Sales Managers and coordinate 5–6 Cluster Managers overseeing 50–75 field-level staff to ensure smooth business processes. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in Bancassurance within Life Insurance and strong leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in Bancassurance channel within Life Insurance.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in this channel.
• Experience managing Sales Managers and field staff.
