Job summary

ICICI Home Finance (ICICI HFC) is seeking a seasoned professional to lead a team of Relationship Managers focused on Home Loan and LAP business across the specified territory.

The role requires strong channel development, target achievement, and policy adherence, with responsibility for coaching, MIS, and market expansion. This position is based in Mumbai Suburban.

Qualifications

• Graduate with full-time education.
• 6-7 years mortgage HL/LAP experience.
• At least 3+ years in team leadership.
• Strong HL/LAP exposure.
• Excellent network of DSAs, connectors, and local partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Relationship Managers to drive Home Loan & LAP business in the assigned territory.
• Build and manage business through DSAs, connectors, builders, branches and open market channels.
• Ensure strong funnel management, RM productivity, target achievement and business hygiene.
• Guide the team on proposal structuring, documentation accuracy and policy adherence.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal and technical teams for smooth file movement and faster TAT.
• Strengthen channel relationships and expand market penetration.
• Drive reviews, training, coaching, and performance management for the RM team.
• Maintain accurate MIS, business forecasting and compliance standards.

• Strong territory management, negotiation and leadership skills.
