Job summary

AKG Building Consultants is seeking a tendering specialist to drive estimations, BOQ analysis, and techno-commercial comparisons for civil, MEP, and interior fit-out projects. You will prepare tender documents, issue RFQs, and coordinate with clients and consultants to resolve scope clarifications.

With 4–7 years of tendering experience, you will manage vendor negotiations, track timelines, and maintain a real-time tender tracker, while supporting hospital or institutional projects and working

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in tendering/estimation for construction, MEP, or interior fit-out projects
• Strong working knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and techno-commercial comparison
• Comfortable reading architectural/MEP drawings and specifications
• Excellent verbal and written client communication — client-facing role without close supervision
• Advanced MS Excel skills (comparison sheets, formulas, pivot tables)
• Prior experience on hospital, healthcare, or institutional projects preferred
• Experience working inside a PMC (not only contractor-side or client-side) is a strong plus
• B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or Diploma with strong tendering exposure
