Delhivery is seeking a results-driven Procurement & Contracts professional with hands-on end-to-end tendering, contract management, vendor development, and cost optimization across Retail and Corporate Fitouts, Civil, and MEP. • 5–12 years in procurement & contracts across Retail Fitouts, Corporate Fitouts, Civil/MEP, or Logistics sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tendering (RFQ/RFP/e-Auction) for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and MEP categories.
• Manage Capex & Opex procurement aligned to approved AOP; drive cost savings through TCO and should-cost analysis.
• Negotiate and finalize long-term contracts, AMC/CMC, and O&M agreements.
• Draft, review, and administer contracts ensuring legal, regulatory, and policy compliance.
• Develop and manage vendor base; conduct performance reviews, audits, and KPI evaluations.
• Prepare techno-commercial comparison statements, internal estimates, and approval notes.
• Monitor procurement TAT, budget adherence, and SLA compliance; present MIS to leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Project teams for seamless procurement execution.

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven Procurement & Contracts professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end tendering,

contract management, vendor development, and cost optimization across infrastructure sectors including Retail Fitouts,

Corporate Fitouts, Civil, and MEP. The role demands proficiency in SAP-Ariba/SAP MM, strong negotiation skills, and the

ability to manage multi-category spends while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end tendering (RFQ/RFP/e-Auction) for

Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and MEP categories.

• Manage Capex & Opex procurement aligned to

Preferred candidate profile

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil

Engineering (mandatory).

• MBA / PGD in SCM or Construction Management is

an advantage.

• Certifications: CIPS, CPSM, Six Sigma, or ISCEA

preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 512 years in procurement & contracts across Retail

Fitouts, Corporate Fitouts, Civil/MEP, or Logistics

sectors.

• Proven experience managing multiple contracts

effectively across categories and stakeholders.

• Hands-on with Capex/Opex sourcing.
• Demonstrated track record of cost savings and

procurement TAT reduction.

TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

• Power BI, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Tendering, reverse auctions, vendor qualification, and

bid evaluation.

• Contract drafting, SLA/SOW preparation, and

compliance management.

• TCO analysis, IRR modelling, zero-based & should-cost

estimation.

• ISO 9001 / ISO 50001 quality and energy management

systems.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Cost savings % vs. procurement budget (YoY).
• Procurement TAT PR to PO cycle time reduction.
• Vendor KPI scores and on-time delivery rate.
• Contract compliance and audit score.
• New vendor development and indigenization targets.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Full-time | Gurgaon HQ | Occasional travel for vendor

audits & site visits.
