Job summary

GVMISTRY PRIVATE LIMITED in Mumbai invites a Senior Tender & Contracts Manager to lead tender submissions, bid pricing, and contract risk review across finishing trades. You will coordinate BOQ, rate analysis, and GCC/SCC terms with Tier-1 clients, ensuring compliant bid documentation and profitable award outcomes.

The role requires 8–12 years' experience in tendering or contracts management within construction or interior fit-out, with strong negotiation skills and readiness to travel to sites

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 8–12 years' experience in tendering or contracts management within construction, interior fit-out, or civil finishing subcontracting.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating GCC/SCC with Tier-1 clients (L&T, Reliance, Tata Projects, or similar).
• Strong command of BOQ, rate analysis, and tender documentation for finishing trades.
• Working knowledge of bank guarantees and retention mechanisms.
• Mumbai-based, willing to travel to sites periodically.
