Job summary

Science House Medicals Bhopal is seeking a dynamic Tender Executive with deep experience in the IVD and Medical Devices sector to lead government and institutional tenders. You will manage OEM documentation, GeM operations, and e-procurement workflows end-to-end, ensuring timely submission and full compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and possess extensive tender management expertise across GeM, CPP portals, and other portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or relevant qualification preferred).
• 25 years of experience in Tender Management, preferably in the IVD, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong working knowledge of GeM, GeM Vendor Assessment, OEM Panel Management, CPP Portal, State & Central e-Procurement Portals, Online Tender Submission.

Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor, and participate in tenders relevant to the IVD business.
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within timelines.
• Handle end-to-end tender processes through GeM, e-Procurement portals and other online platforms.
• Manage OEM authorization letters, principal documentation, and vendor registrations.
• Coordinate GeM Vendor Assessment and maintain compliance with GeM requirements.
• Maintain registrations and profiles on procurement portals and OEM panels.
• Ensure timely submission of EMDs, performance securities, declarations, and statutory documents.
• Liaise with Sales, Regulatory, Finance, QA, Logistics, and Management for approvals.
• Track tender status, bid results, purchase orders, and contract execution.
• Maintain a tender/contract documents database.
• Stay updated with GeM guidelines and procurement policies.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tender Executive with experience in the IVD or Medical Devices industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing government and institutional tenders, OEM documentation, GeM operations, and various e-procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor, and participate in government and private tenders relevant to the IVD business.
• Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within specified timelines.
• Handle end-to-end tender processes through GeM, e-Procurement portals, and other online procurement platforms.
• Manage OEM authorization letters, principal documentation, and vendor registrations.
• Coordinate and complete GeM Vendor Assessment and maintain compliance with GeM requirements.
• Maintain registrations and profiles on various procurement portals and OEM panels.
• Ensure timely submission of EMDs, performance securities, declarations, and statutory documents.
• Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Regulatory, Finance, QA, Logistics, and Management) for documentation and approvals.
• Track tender status, bid results, purchase orders, and contract execution.
• Maintain a database of tenders, contracts, and supporting documents.
• Stay updated with GeM guidelines, procurement policies, and government tender regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or relevant qualification preferred).
• 25 years of experience in Tender Management, preferably in the IVD, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industry.
