Job summary

Wisecor in Mumbai seeks a highly experienced Tender Head to manage the entire tendering process. You will identify opportunities, prepare high-quality proposals, ensure compliance, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize bid success.

The role requires 10+ years of hands-on tendering, bidding and proposal management, with strong knowledge of public and private tendering, and proficiency in GeM and e-procurement platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in tendering, bidding and proposal management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Admin, Commerce or related field.
• Proficient in analyzing tender documents and preparing proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tender process incl identification, evaluation, submission, follow-up.
• Analyze tender docs (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) to assess requirements and feasibility.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technical teams to compile data.
• Draft and review technical and commercial proposals per tender specs.
• Ensure timely submission on government and private e-procurement portals.
• Maintain tender database, pricing records, and submission trackers.
• Handle vendor registrations and pre-qualification requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with terms.
• Manage post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Tender Head to manage and oversee the entire tendering process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing high-quality proposals, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize bid success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end tender process including identification, evaluation, submission, and follow-up
• Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs) to assess requirements and feasibility
• Coordinate with departments like Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technical teams to compile data
• Draft and review technical and commercial proposals in alignment with tender specifications
• Ensure timely submission on government and private e-procurement portals
• Maintain tender database, pricing records, and submission trackers
• Handle vendor registrations and pre-qualification requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure proposal compliance with all legal and financial terms
• Manage post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of public and private tendering procedures
• Expertise in interpreting complex tender documents and terms
• Familiarity with e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
