Job summary

Novo Medisciences in Chembur, Mumbai, is seeking a Tender Executive to monitor pharma tenders from GeM and other portals, and to prepare and submit technical and commercial bids before deadlines.

You will coordinate with production, Purchase and Finance, ensure compliance with tender terms and WHO-GMP norms, and manage EMDs and bank guarantees while tracking outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in tender processing.
• Strong knowledge of government tender processes in pharma.
• Familiarity with GeM, CPPP and state tender portals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify relevant pharma tenders from portals like GeM, e-procurement websites, and other sources.
• Prepare and submit tender documents (technical & commercial bids) accurately and before due date on portals like GeM, CPPP, and State Medical Corporations.
• Handle complete tender lifecycle: registration, documentation, submission, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, Purchase, Finance Departments) for required documents.
• Ensure compliance with tender terms & conditions, WHO-GMP norms, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of all tenders, submissions, and outcomes.
• Follow up with authorities for tender status, approvals, and order processing.
• Manage EMDs, Bank Guarantees, and other financial instruments.
• Analyze tender results and competitor pricing for better strategy.
