You’ll coordinate technical, commercial and legal inputs, ensure compliance, and manage post-bid activities.

Responsibilities cover portal monitoring (GeM, CPPP, IREPS), document analysis, cross-functional data gathering, and maintaining a centralized tender log to improve win rates.

Qualifications

• Experience with government tender processes (GeM/CPPP/IREPS) and private portals.
• Ability to compile technical proposals and commercial bids.
• Strong coordination between engineering, production, finance and legal teams.

• Tender Sourcing & Tracking: Monitor portals like GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP, IREPS, state e-procurement sites, and private platforms for relevant business opportunities.
• Document Analysis: Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, scope of work, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) rules, and commercial terms.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Gather technical data, compliance certificates, drawings, and quotations from internal engineering, production, finance, and legal teams.
• Bid Preparation: Compile technical proposals, financial bids, pricing comparative statements, and statutory documentation.
• Portal Submission & Tracking: Upload bids online, monitor corrigenda and amendments, attend pre-bid meetings, and manage physical bid packages if required.
• Post-Bid Follow-up: Track tender opening results, handle query clarifications, manage EMD/Bank Guarantee refunds or conversions, and maintain a centralized tender log/tracker
