Job summary

S2 Infotech is seeking a competent Tender / Bid Manager to oversee the complete tendering and bidding lifecycle in Mumbai. You will identify opportunities, analyze RFP/RFQ requirements, prepare proposals, and manage client relationships to ensure competitive bids.

Ideal candidates will have 3–8 years of tender management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under deadlines across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tender management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing multiple bids and tenders simultaneously.
