Job summary

ANS IT India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Tender Executive in Gujarat to manage end-to-end government and institutional bidding.

You will identify tender opportunities on GeM and state/central portals, prepare compliant bid documentation and ensure timely submissions. The role requires 2–5 years in tendering or e-procurement, coordinating with Finance, Operations and the Business Head on pricing and compliance. You will maintain submission trackers and handle post-bid clarifications, EMDs and tender

• Identify and track tenders across GeM and state/central e-procurement portals.
• Prepare complete, compliant bid documentation within submission deadlines.
• Manage and track EMD, bid security, technical and financial bid preparation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations and the Business Head on pricing and compliance.
• Maintain a structured tender calendar, submission tracker and outcome log.
• Handle post-bid clarifications, technical queries and documentation.
• Working knowledge of GeM and e-procurement portals.
• Meticulous documentation and compliance discipline

Job description

The Tender Executive manages the end-to-end government and institutional bidding process. This role is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing compliant bid documentation, and ensuring ANS IT India submits competitive, on-time bids across e-procurement portals. A dotted-line relationship with the Business Head ensures commercial alignment on pricing and strategy.

Experience Required

2–5 years in government tendering, bid management or e-procurement processes.
