Job summary

Hire Best Recruitment Company seeks an Associate Bid Manager to manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification to final submission. You will review RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and tender documents and coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, commercial, and legal inputs. 2–5 years in GEM, Mahatenders, CPP, IREPS or other tender portals is expected; IT system integrator experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as Associate Bid Manager in GEM, Mahatenders, CPP, IREPS or other Tender Portals.
• Experience in IT System Integrator field is required.
• Knowledge of bid management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification to final submission.
• Review and analyze RFP, RFI, RFQ, and tender documents.

Required Candidate profile
