Job summary

Transasia Bio Medicals is seeking a Tender Executive / Senior Executive in Mumbai to manage end-to-end tender documentation and submissions. You will coordinate with internal teams, prepare representations, and maintain tender trackers to improve win rates.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in tenders and strong commercial coordination skills. Location is Mumbai with the ability to handle multiple tenders across deadlines, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with tender

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tender documentation and submissions.
• Strong understanding of tender processes and documentation.
• Knowledge of SCM processes and tender portals (GEM preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tender documentation & submissions.
• Prepare and submit tender representations/challenges.
• Maintain Tender Tracker & win/loss data.
