Job summary

Konnect Consultants Kota in India is seeking a Tender Executive (Male/Female) to handle GEM Portal and other e-tender portals. The role requires hands-on participation in online auctions, bid submissions, tender searching, and preparing technical and commercial documents.

Candidate should have proficient MS Excel and MS Word skills, maintain tender records, coordinate with customers, and follow up on quotations and submissions. Prior experience with GEM Portal and auctions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in GEM Portal and other e-tender/e-procurement portals.
• Hands-on experience in online auction participation and bid submission.
• Experience in tender searching, tender filling, and submission of bids.
• Preparation of technical and commercial tender documents.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Maintaining records of tenders, bids, quotations, and auction results.
• Customer coordination, quotation preparation, and regular follow-up.
• Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Search tenders from GEM Portal and other portals and identify opportunities.
• Prepare and submit bids for tenders and auctions.
• Draft and assemble technical and commercial tender documents.
• Coordinate with clients and prepare quotations; follow up on submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of tenders, bids, quotations, and auction outcomes.

Salary: 30k-35k
