Job Description: We are looking for a Tender Analyst – Electrical with hands‑on experience in government and private tendering. The candidate will be responsible for end‑to‑end tender documentation, rate analysis, and coordination with vendors for competitive bidding.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of electrical tenders for organizations such as MSEDCL, PWD, MIDC, and other Maharashtra government departments
• Handling tendering portals including e‑Tender Maharashtra, GeM, and other relevant platforms
• Preparing complete tender documentation, including technical & commercial bids
• Arranging, verifying, and managing all required documents for successful bidding
• Market rate analysis and comparison with tender BOQ using MS Excel
• Coordinating continuously with vendors and suppliers to track market price fluctuations
• Assisting in bid evaluation, estimation, and final submission
• Maintaining tender records, bid status, and documentation database

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in B.E./B.Tech – Electrical Engineering
• Experience in Electrical Tendering (MSEDCL, PWD, MIDC preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
