The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing tenders for our switchgear products, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compile detailed tender documents, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company policies.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to develop accurate cost estimates for switchgear projects, considering materials, labour, and overhead.
• Utilize knowledge of switchgear systems and industry standards to provide accurate technical input during the tendering process.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to create competitive proposals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the tendering phase, addressing inquiries and providing clarifications as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all tender submissions, contracts, and related correspondence.
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from tendering to project execution.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing the tendering process and contribute to the development of best practices.
