Millicon Consultant Engineers Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a Tender Coordinator to search for tenders online, especially on the GeM portal, and prepare tender documents for timely submissions.

You will coordinate with internal teams and customers, track deadlines, and maintain records of submitted tenders and related correspondence.

Competenze

• Knowledge of tender documentation and submission procedures.
• Familiarity with the GeM portal and online tendering processes.
• Understanding of quotations, pricing, and commercial documentation.
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and MS Word.
