Job summary

Paluck Technologies Ltd. is seeking a skilled Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, including Government Tenders, GeM Portal, and e-Procurement portals. You will handle bid preparation, documentation, submission, and post-bid follow-up from our NCR-based operations.

UG graduates with exposure to tendering processes are preferred. The role is based in Gurugram district, Haryana, India, and involves coordinating with OEM partners and clients.

Qualifications

• UG degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Government Tenders and GeM Portal preferred.
• Strong documentation and submission skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete tendering process including government tenders, GeM portal, and e-Procurement portals.
• Prepare bid documentation, submit bids and follow up post-bid activities.
