Job summary

Bhanwariya Infra Projects in Jaipur seeks a results-driven professional to identify and develop new business opportunities across Government, PSU, DISCOM, Railway, and Industrial sectors, leading end-to-end tender management.

You will monitor opportunities on GeM, CPPP and state portals, analyze tender documents, coordinate with engineering, estimation, finance, procurement and legal teams, and maintain trackers and MIS reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Government, PSU, DISCOM, Railway, Industrial & Private sectors.
• Handle tender mining, bid management and complete tender lifecycle.
• Monitor and manage opportunities through GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals and other platforms.
• Analyze tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, eligibility and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Project teams for techno-commercial proposals.
• Manage tender documentation, EMD, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantees, POA and online submissions.
• Coordinate pre-bid meetings, clarifications, client discussions and post-bid activities.
• Develop relationships with Government Departments, PSUs, DISCOMs, Consultants and PMCs.
• Maintain tender trackers, opportunity pipelines and MIS reports.

Candidates with experience in RDSS, IPDS, DDUGJY, Power Distribution, Transmission, Substation, Railway Electrification, Solar EPC, Industrial EPC, Civil Infrastructure or O&M projects will be preferred
