Job summary

Pragati Infra Solutions is seeking an experienced tendering specialist to lead end-to-end tendering for industrial, commercial and residential projects in Gurugram. The role requires hands-on cost estimation, budgeting, and post-tender oversight with strong communication to stakeholders.

The candidate should have 3–15 years of experience in tendering and contracts, with expertise in plumbing, electrical and firefighting, plus solid technical writing and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 3-15 years of experience in tendering, contracts and estimation.
• Strong understanding of cost estimation and contract negotiation.
• Excellent technical writing and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full tendering process for industrial, commercial, and residential/building/warehouse projects including pre and post tendering.
• Must have experience of plumbing, electrical, firefighting.
• Rate analysis, documentation, cost estimation, budget preparation.
• Done online bidding and business development for new projects.
• Must have done budget preparation, project cost monitoring and labour deployment.
