Role & responsibilities

• Manage the full tendering process for Industrial Projects, Commercial, Residential/Building Projects including Pre & Post Tendering process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project specifications are met.
• Estimate project costs accurately and negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for tender submissions.
• Utilize analytical skills to review project progress and make recommendations for improvements.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and analyse the tender documents.

Preferred candidate profile

• Civil Engineering degree (must qualified)
• 4-10 years of experience in tendering, Contracts & Estimation
• Strong understanding of cost estimation and contract negotiation
• Excellent technical writing and analytical skills
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
