Responsibilities

• Check Tender Search systems daily to identify contracts of interest to the Company.

• Follow procedures for Tender compilation.

Role & responsibilities

• Check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company.
• Prepare The Tender Eligibility Criteria Checklist .
• Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, databases and company sales records and to produce reports as and when required.
• Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements
• To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation.
• Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.
• Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.
• The position requires that tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specifications; are in line with the most recent best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent English Communication Skills.
• Should have the ability to complete the Tender process with minimal guidance - WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
• Hands on experience in proposal making
• Initiative to learn Technical / Products of the company
• Must have knowledge of all Tender documents, letters, knowledge of Government departments, sectors, etc
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation, tender reviews and deadliness.
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at a time.
• Excellent in computers
• Must have exposure of handling government tenders, can bring new business through tenders to the company
• Candidates must have experience on searching Tenders on various sites and should have experience on tender documentation
• Must be willing to travel
• Should have strong analytical and technical skills
• Decent Hindi speaking skills
