About the Role

We are looking for confident and target-driven professionals to join our Loan Sales team. The role involves contacting prospective customers, generating qualified leads, explaining loan products, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective & existing customers to generate loan leads
• Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation & application process
• Generate leads via tele-calling, customer databases, references & DSA channels
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely conversion
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers & sales team for loan processing
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads & conversions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling & lead-generation targets

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Telecalling / Loan Sales / Banking / Financial Services (mandatory)
• Prior loan-related telecalling/sales experience (mandatory)
• DSA experience is an added advantage
• Strong communication, follow-up & customer-handling skills
• Target-oriented & self-motivated
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls
• Knowledge of Mumbai market will be an advantage
