Job summary

Key responsibilities include outbound calls from provided databases, promoting loans and cards, recording interactions in the CRM, following up with customers, and ensuring compliant processing with operations and banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior Tele Sales/Loan/Card Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
• Promote Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, and Credit Card products.
• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with sales and operations for smooth processing of applications.
