Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Delhi, India. The Telesales Representative will contact prospective and existing customers, explain View On Click’s property media and showcase services, and generate leads and conversions over the phone. Daily activities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying prospects, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role also involves providing clear information on service packages and pricing, addressing customer questions, and following up to close sales. The Telesales Representative will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and meet individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and Hindi.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
• Sales skills with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
• Training and self-development mindset to learn product details, scripts, and sales techniques.
• Basic computer literacy and experience working with CRM or call management tools.
• Prior telesales or call center experience in real estate, media, or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, adhere to schedules, and meet performance targets.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
