Job summary

Tribe Catalyst is seeking a Telecaller for a hybrid Mumbai role in EdTech. Freshers are welcome and training will be provided. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents, handling outbound calls to identify needs and generate interest in programs.

The role offers a base salary of ₹23,000/month with unlimited incentives and a mix of work-from-home and office days. You will work six days a week, with Saturdays in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 12th pass required.
• 0–1 year telecalling/telesales experience mandatory.
• Fluent in English and a regional language.
• Willing to work towards targets and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Understand needs and explain educational programs clearly.
• Identify and qualify genuine leads and schedule counseling sessions.
• Follow up with prospects to build conversations and meet targets.
• Maintain lead records in the CRM and coordinate with teams.

What Will You Do?

As a Telecaller, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents.

Your role will involve:

• Connect with prospective students and parents through outbound calls
• Understand their educational needs, interests, and requirements
• Explain relevant educational programs in a clear and engaging way
• Identify and qualify genuine leads
• Schedule counseling and demo sessions with the admissions team
• Follow up with interested prospects and build meaningful conversations
• Work towards daily and monthly calling & conversion targets
• Maintain accurate lead and interaction records in the CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Important Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree/12th Pass is required.
• Candidates currently pursuing Graduation or a Master's degree are not eligible.
• Prior telecalling/telesales experience of 0–1 year is mandatory.
