Job summary

Reinova Entertainment in Kochi, Kerala, seeks a proactive Telesales Executive to handle admissions for our training programs in Film, Animation, AI, and Media. You will engage with prospective students and parents, explain courses, manage leads, and drive conversions.

The role requires strong communication, English and Malayalam skills, and the ability to follow up via calls and WhatsApp. Freshers are welcome; prior telesales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.
• Minimum qualification: Plus Two; degree is an advantage.
• Experience in telesales, educational counselling, admissions, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to training admissions.

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle admissions for our specialized training programs in Film, Animation, AI, and Media.

Role Description

The Telesales Executive will connect with prospective students and parents, understand their interests and career goals, explain our training programs, handle enquiries, follow up with leads, and convert qualified prospects into admissions.
