Job summary

JVM engineering works in Greater Noida is seeking a confident, target-oriented Telecalling & Lead Generation Executive to join our portable office startup. You will fetch leads via online portals, make outbound calls, and explain our products to potential customers.

Freshers with good communication skills can apply. You will prepare quotations, maintain records in Tally, MS Word, and MS Excel, and strive to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation, Telecalling, or sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Familiarity with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and Justdial is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate and fetch leads through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, and other online platforms.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales.
• Understand customer requirements and explain products/services effectively.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Prepare and format quotations for customers.
• Maintain sales records and customer data using Tally, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Handle regular customer follow-ups and update lead status.
• Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
