Manipal Hospitals in Bengaluru is seeking a passionate Teleradiology Case Coordinator to join our Telemedicine team. You will assign cases to radiologists based on specialty and urgency, monitor turnaround times, and coordinate with clients and IT to ensure seamless information flow.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, has 1–2 years of experience, and demonstrates excellent English writing and communication skills plus problem solving.

What You’ll Do:

• Case Assignment: Assign cases to the appropriate radiologist based on specialty, availability and urgency.
• Monitoring TAT: Track cases throughout the reporting process to ensure they are completed within the expected turnaround time.
• Communication: Act as a communication bridge between radiologists, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.
• Shift Management: Assist in managing doctor rosters, shift handovers, and real-time availability & Coordinate with manager for optimal shift coverage, especially during peak hours or doctor shortages.
• Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve any operational issues, such as discrepancies in reports or technical challenges.
• Case Prioritization: Prioritize cases based on urgency, client needs, and type of study to ensure timely and efficient reporting.
• Client Updates: Provide status updates to clients on case progress, especially for delayed cases, and manage client expectations.
• Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately enter case information, update records, and maintain clear documentation for all cases. Update logs for any escalations, complaints, or special client requests.
• Follow-Up: Ensure follow-ups on critical cases or return cases for re-evaluation as per client or radiologist requests.
• Coordination with IT: Work with IT support for any technical issues that might disrupt the workflow, such as software malfunctions or connectivity issues.
