This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in the Mohali district. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce services, generate interest, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Daily tasks include explaining digital marketing offerings, answering basic customer inquiries, and updating call records and lead details in the CRM or tracking system. The role involves following call scripts and guidelines, meeting call and conversion targets, and collaborating with sales and marketing colleagues to support campaign goals. The Telemarketer is expected to maintain a professional phone presence and provide courteous, consistent follow-up to potential clients.
