Job summary

Capacita Connect, based in Jaipur, seeks a full-time Telemarketer to promote digital skilling programs and services. You will make outbound calls to prospective students, institutions, and partners, explain course offerings, and generate interest in Capacita Connect’s solutions.

You will handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain call records in the CRM while upholding a courteous, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effective phone conversations and relationship building.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a positive caller experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads, promote programs, and support enrollment and revenue goals.
• Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling skills to organize follow-ups, demos, and meetings efficiently.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or calling software are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, meet daily call targets, and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary (12th grade) or equivalent
