Job summary

Ericsson in India invites candidates to join our telecom operations support team in Dadri. The role requires willingness to work in 24x7 shifts and to resolve customer and user technical issues, with thorough root-cause analysis.

You will maintain 100% SLA adherence, prepare SLA reports, and coordinate with internal teams to quickly resolve problems. Strong knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL, UNIX, and scripting (Perl, Shell, Python) is essential for this telecom domain role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Billing Systems (BSCS) and provisioning modules is relevant.
• Experience in Telecom Operations is preferred.
• Good knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and UNIX.
• Strong understanding of the Telecom domain.

Responsibilities

• Willing to work in shifts in a 24*7 model.
