Job summary

Palni in Hyderabad seeks a Telecom BA/OSS/BSS and Customer Operations expert to translate business needs into workflows, define telecom rules, data mappings, and integrations, and ensure delivery aligns with telecom processes.

You will guide OSS/BSS, billing, order management, service activation and service assurance projects, create functional docs, test cases, and UAT plans, and collaborate with business and IT teams through pilots and production rollout.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in the telecom industry.
• Hands-on experience in OSS/BSS, customer care, billing, order management, service activation, NOC, or service assurance.
• Experience working on telecom transformation or software implementation projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Experience preparing functional documents, process maps, test cases and UAT plans.

Telecom BA OSS/BSS and Customer Operations Role objective

Provide telecom domain expertise throughout solution design, development, integration, testing and deployment, ensuring the product accurately reflects telecom workflows and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Translate telecom business needs into workflows and user stories
• Guide OSS/BSS, billing, customer care, order management, and service assurance requirements
