Job summary

Estate Dekho Digi Avenues in Hyderabad seeks a Lead Verification Executive Telecalling to verify customer leads and capture accurate call remarks. The role focuses on lead verification rather than direct selling, with targets for daily outbound calls and quality checks in the CRM.

Ideal candidates communicate well in Telugu and English, with additional Hindi skills considered an advantage. Freshers with strong communication are welcome, and work is based from the Hyderabad office.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Telugu and English.
• English and Hindi communication is an added advantage.
• Comfortable making 100-150 calls per day.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support or Lead Verification experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Should be comfortable working from office in Hyderabad.
