Mahindra Logistics Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales to support our B2B outreach, generate leads, and drive follow-ups. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their logistics needs, and present suitable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable with outbound calling in a target-driven environment, and possess basic MS Office/CRM proficiency. Regional language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an advantage.
• Experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support / Lead Generation.
• Candidates from Financial Products, E-commerce, Telecom, or similar industries preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and target-driven work.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
