Job summary

Vrinda International is urgently hiring a Telecaller (Outbound) to join our dynamic team. Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience are welcome; female candidates only. Joining is immediate and the CTC ranges from 1–2 LPA.

In this role you will make outbound calls, handle customer queries, maintain records, and strive to achieve daily targets while delivering excellent service and building strong customer relationships. English communication is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with 6 months–1 year experience in Telecalling / Customer Support.
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction.
