To handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and effectively communicate product or service offerings to achieve organizational sales and customer engagement targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Calling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce company products/services, generate interest, and qualify leads.
• Customer Query Handling: Answer incoming customer calls, resolve queries, provide accurate information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follow-Ups & Database Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients, update customer interaction logs, and manage accurate MIS/data daily.
• Conversion & Target Achievement: Coordinate with the sales team to pass qualified leads and work towards meeting individual and team conversion targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or BPO/call center environments. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Skills Required: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English and local languages (Telugu/Hindi). Good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
